It’s so frustrating to hear people tell me, “Wah, wasted! You should have had a CCA.” It makes me want to regret ever dropping rugby because if I hadn’t, I would be appealing to RJC & confident of going to NJC/VJC at the very least…

Until I remember why I walked away from rugby in the first place. It sets in perspective. It still is frustrating because I have to constantly guard my heart from wondering otherwise and feeling insecure.

So, if you happen to read this post, please don’t remind me of the life I could have had. Remind me of what I sacrificed that life for. It was a small sacrifice, but it’s still crucial to me. Please remind me that whatever I do, I aim to glorify His name, not mine.
